MINUTES
DESIGN REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Wednesday, August 2, 2006 6:30 p.m.
Conference Room
Basement Level, Town Hall

1. Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:31 P.M.
2. Roll Call - Members in attendance: Bruce Bockstael, Andrea Boyle, Jay Hallinan, Steve Hine, Joe Hickey and Tony Margiotta. Also present: Peter Gillespie - Director of Planning and Economic Development.
3. Public Comments - There was no one from the public in attendance.
4. Minutes from the July 5, 2006 meeting. - Commissioner Hickey made a motion to approve the minutes. Commissioner Hallinan seconded the motion and all voted in favor.
5. PROJECT REVIEWS
   • 5.1 APPLICATION NO. 54-2006 - Extra Space Storage - Seeking review of proposed sign and awning replacement at 50 Oleson Road.
   • 5.2 APPLICATION NO. 55-2006 - TD Banknorth - Seeking review of proposed renovations and additions for property located at 25 Wells Road.
