The minutes from the February meeting were reviewed and accepted.
DSYS Update
- Nancy Stilwell - No Update
Youth Advisory Board
- SDMS based initiative - Parent/student softball game - Millwoods - dates - TBD = Permits needed to provide food.
- Youth in Government - Natalie Kotkin - No Update
- YAB Meeting changed - April 12, 2007 - Religious holiday conflict. Room location - TBD.
Future Projects
- Vintage Prom update and report - Shopping dates - March 6, 7 & 8 @ WHS Lecture Hall - 2-4 p.m. DSYS - accepting clean gowns, accessories, jewelry, and shoes until March 2, 2007. A $20.00 donation will be suggested to the YAB.
- Volunteer Recognition Night - 5-3-2007 @ 7 p.m. in Community Center (Banquet Room). An event that merges with Senior Citizens volunteer activities.
- Guest Speaker - Dr. Haines - Veterinarian
- Speakers - Students/Senior Citizens are needed to express volunteerism.
- Prizes - are needed
- Cupcakes were suggested as refreshments instead of cake.
