1. Brief Discussion:

   Interview Questions and Interview Strategy. A copy of the questions posed of each firm is attached.

2. Interview of first candidate, 6:30:

   Salomone & Associates with Mike Salomone.

3. Interview of second candidate, 7:30:

   Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. with Joel Rinebold.

4. Deliberation:

   Brief discussion on the two candidates that were just interviewed. No decisions were made.

5. Meeting date:

   The Committee is next scheduled to meet on the 13th of August.

6. Adjournment:

   9:35 pm, motion made by Mary Dobruck, seconded by Nancy Kiely.
