Special Public Meeting

The Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission held a Special Public Meeting on Friday, May 30, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Managers Conference Room, Wethersfield Town Hall, 500 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT 06109.

Members Present:

Don Moisa, Wetlands Agent

Michael Turner, Director Public Works, Town Engineer

Chairman Tony Margiotta opened the meeting at 4:00 PM

PUBLIC MEETING

Application No. 569-08 E/S Phoenix Medical, LLC 1190, 1206, 1260, Silas Deane Highway, Parcel No.s 237-010, 238-013 land of Phoenix Retail, LLC, Phoenix Medical, LLC, and Connecticut Light & Power Parcel No 238-010 Application to create additional parking within a regulated area for a proposed building addition, also seeking Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan Certification.

John Miller and Corey Garro of Close Jensen & Miller representing the applicant.

Corey Garro outlined the project as a revision to the previous application submitted in April, and requested that this application be set for a Public Hearing for the June 18, 2008 Inland Wetlands Meeting.

Motion by Commissioner Hallisey seconded by Commissioner Sanzaro to set Application No. 569-08 E/S for Public Hearing, for the June 18, 2008 meeting.

All voted in favor. Motion passed.

Motion by Commissioner Hallisey seconded by Commissioner Ambrose to adjourn the meeting at 4:03 PM.
