Members Present: Jeanne Ciotto, Rita Doyle, Sandy Mulcahy, Fran Patti, Ruth Ann Schumaker, Ellen Spratlin and Pat Viani.
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. Pat thanked Sandy for hosting the meeting at her home.
Due to a lack of quorum there was no meeting in November. The committee read the minutes of October 15. In the Treasurer's report it was erroneously stated that we owed the Damien Pacheo Quartet a balance but they had been paid in full. Pat made a motion that the minutes be approved as amended. Seconded by Ruth Ann.
No new activity to report.
Dawn was asked to contact Dolores Sassano so Dawn could submit her resignation. Pat inquired as to whether we should have another event before our May 16 concert. It was a consensus to wait until after the May event.
Pat thanked Ellen for all her work on the concert and House Tour. Ellen stated both were very successful.
The only mail received was an invitation to a November 14 informational meeting for commissions regarding ethics, Roberts Rules, etc. Also received a 2008 Town calendar.
The meeting adjourned at 7:35. The next meeting will be January 14 at the Community Center.
