The Wethersfield Town Council held a special meeting on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria of the Silas Deane Middle School, 515 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield CT.
Present: Cascio, Console, Forrest, Hemmann, Kotkin, Roberts, Walsh, Deputy Mayor Montinieri and Chairperson Adil.
Also present: Bonnie Therrien, Town Manager
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Adil in public session and then moved into executive session.
At 7:03 p.m., Deputy Mayor Montinieri moved to "GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATIONS AND PENDING LITIGATION" seconded by Councilor Cascio. All Councilors present, including the Chairperson voted AYE. The motion passed 9-0-0.
Councilor Kotkin left the meeting at 7:09 p.m. and returned at 7:19 p.m.
At 7:21 p.m., Councilor Forrest moved to "LEAVE EXECUTIVE SESSION" seconded by Councilor Hemmann.
All Councilors present, including the Chairperson voted AYE. The motion passed 9-0-0.
At 7:21 p.m., Councilor Roberts moved "TO ADJOURN THE MEETING" seconded by Councilor Hemmann. All Councilors present, including the Chairperson voted AYE. The motion passed 9-0-0.
