Stormwater Management Plan
The Wethersfield Engineering Division has prepared the Town's 2017 Stormwater Management Plan to address requirements established by the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 General Permit). This permit is the local enforcement mechanism of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Phase II Rule.
In accordance with the MS4 General Permit, the Plan is provided through the link below for public review and comment. A hardcopy is also available for review at the Engineering Division's office located on the second floor of Town Hall.
