The town does not pick up Christmas trees left at the curb. Residents may drop off their Christmas trees near the skate park at Mill Woods Park, 154 Prospect Street; at the Willard Pool parking lot adjacent to the Pitkin Community Center, 30 Greenfield Street; and at the Transfer Station, 100 Marsh Street. The Transfer Station is open Monday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
