Under general supervision, the candidate will independently perform varied and complex clerical work of an administrative nature including: type and transcribe statistical or narrative reports, forms, or correspondence, conduct data entry and scanning, and provide assistance to citizen customers, in-person and over the telephone.  Previous office experience of three years secretarial / office management is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills required.
