1st Motion
Motion: 
Chris Traczyk made a motion to accept minutes of 4/23/2009. Seconded by Harry Lichtenbaum.

2nd Motion
Motion: 
Martin Walsh made a motion to have the committee reinstate a fireworks display for either August 22, 29, or September 25 with a pre-fireworks concert if possible, due to the additional funding provided by the Town Council. Seconded by Chris Traczyk.

3rd Motion
Motion: 
Chris Traczyk mad a motion to accept the preliminary budget a written with adjustments to be made as accurrate costs become available and budgets get tighter. Seconded by Martin Walsh.

Harry Lichtnbaum made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:49pm. Seconded by Chris Traczyk.
