Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to close the public hearing on all applications and open the public meeting. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

2nd Motion
Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner McLeod and a poll of the Commission it was voted to APPROVE the application (3804-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The siding shall be 4" vinyl clapboard siding in the color off white. 2) The corner boards shall be in the color off white. 3) The retaining wall shall be made of 8"x12" blocks, biege in color, and shall begin at the front stairs and continue to the sidewalk. The wall shall be 4 blocks high. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner McLeod and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the appliation (3805-10) with the following stipulation: 1) The windows on the third floor shall be replaced with Windsor Legend HBR to match the existing light pattern and shall be in the color red. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3806-10) with the following stipulation: 1) The two (2) front windows shall be replaced with Jeld Wen windows to match the existing light pattern. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner McLeod and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3808-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The fence design shall be shadowbox in the color Pacific Redwood. 2) All fencing and gate placement shall remain as the fencing and gates currently exist. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer
