Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to close the public hearing on all applications and open the public meeting. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3820-10) as submitted. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3822-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The siding shall be 4" Mastic Ovation vinyl siding in the color Victorian Grey. 2) All window and corner board trim will be wrapped in kind. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3825-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The handicap lift as it is proposed shall be installed. 2) Any railings used on the deck shall match the existing railings in style and design. Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3826-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The windows shall be Hurd wood sash replacement kits. 2) The light pattern, size, and design shall match the existing windows. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Garrey and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3810-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The siding material which shall be used is 6" Phoenix Mason vinyl siding with a beaded end. 2) The corner boards will match the siding in color and style. 3) All trim shall be replaced in kind. AYE: Garrey, Maycock NAY: McLeod ABSTENTION: Rell, Wurzer
