Charlie Wood moved to approve the minutes of April 22, 2010. The motion was seconded by Kevin Rodgers.

Motion: 
Kevin Rodgers moved to approve the changes to the Wethersfield Senior Citizen Club Bylaws. The motion was seconded by Carmelo Amoddio.

A motion was made by Charlie Wood and seconded by Tom Pentalow to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 pm.
