Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to close the public hearing on all applications and open the public meeting. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

2nd Motion
Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner McLeod and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3830-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The windows shall be replaced with wood aluminum clad Marvin Tilt Pack double hung sash replacement kits with the muntins permanently affixed to the exterior and the light pattern shall match the existing. 2) The two (2) attic windows and the stained glass window shall remain as they currently exist. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3831-10) as submitted. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer

Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Maycock, seconded by Commissioner McLeod and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3823-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The front facade siding shall be vinyl Mastic Cedar in a 7" exposure in the color Rugged Canyon. 2) The three remaining sides shall be vinyl Mastic 4" double lap clapboard siding in the color Rugged Canyon. 3) The corner boards shall match the siding in the color Rugged Canyon. 4) The replacement windows shall be vinyl Harvey Slim Line in a 1/1 light pattern. AYE: Garrey, Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Wurzer
