Motion: 
Violation No. 598-10, Philip Santavenere, 336 Jordan La., Parcel No. 118-016 &119-036 Placement of fill within a regulated area. Motion by Commissioner Hallisey seconded by Commissioner Sanzaro to allow an extension of time to the regularly scheduled August meeting for submission of the plans and application. Commissioners Margiotta, Fiume, Morris, Hallisey, Sanzaro, Console, Cobb voted in favor. Commissioner Owen voted against. Motion passed.

Application No. 601-10 E/S, The MDC, work on Fairlane Dr., Griswold Rd., Randy La.,Meadowgate St., and Maple St. Application for sewer improvements to Goff Brook Trunk sewer line Motion by Commissioner Hallisey seconded by Commissioner Console to Certify the Soil and Erosion Control Plan. All Commissioners voted in favor. Motion passed.

Violation No. 603-10, Stella Manousos 41 Victory La. Parcel No. 002-002 Clearing and grading within a regulated area. Motion by Commissioner Fiume seconded by Commissioner Sanzaro to direct Mrs. Manousos to 1. Appear at the next regularly scheduled meeting 2. Prepare an application for the regulated activity. 3 Have plans prepared by an appropriately licensed professional engineer to restore the disturbed areas. All Commissioners voted in favor. Motion passed.
