Motion: 
Ralph Moyer moved to approve the minutes of June 9, 2010. The motion was seconded by Robert Pulford.

2nd Motion
Motion: 
Ralph Moyer moved that the Conservation Commission direct the Chairman Rick Baldoni through Town Councilor Jim McAlister to convey the Commission's support for the Wethersfield Town Council to pass a resolution supporting public access to the MDC trails and asking the State Legislature to close the liability loophole. Motion seconded by Robert Pulford.
