1st Motion
Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner McLeod, seconded by Commissioner Rell and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to close the public hearing on all applications and open the public meeting. AYE: Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Botticello, Wurzer

2nd Motion
Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Rell, seconded by Commissioner McLeod and a poll of the Commission it was voted to APPROVE the application (3845-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The siding shall be Certainteed Impressions in the color Sterling Grey. 2) The cornerboards shall match the siding in the color Sterling Grey. 3) The replacement windows shall be aluminum clad wood Ply Gem with a 2/2 light pattern and the muntins shall be permanently affixed to the exterior and interior. 4) The windows on the rear porch shall be new construction aluminum clad wood Ply Gem with a 2/2 light pattern and the muntins shall be permanently affixed to the exterior and interior and the design shall be as submitted. AYE: Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Botticello, Wurzer

Motion: 
Upon motion by Commissioner Rell, seconded by Commissioner McLeod and a poll of the Commission, it was voted to APPROVE the application (3846-10) with the following stipulations: 1) The siding shall be Mastic vinyl clapboard in the color Wicker with a 5" exposure. 2) The cornerboards shall be 4" and shall match the siding in the color Wicker 3) The rear door shall be a Therma Tru steel door with 4 lights and 3 raised panels. 4) The rear window shall be replaced with a Harvey Classic vinyl window with a 1/1 light pattern. AYE: Maycock, McLeod, Rell, Botticello, Wurzer
