It's that time of year again—time to purge and start the New Year off with a de-cluttered home. Why not perform a good deed at the same time? The WHS Football Boosters Club is fundraising through a book drive. Drop your donations of new and used books, CDs, DVDs, records and audio books off at the "Got Books" fundraising container located at the High School by the pool entrance.
While this has been an on-going fundraiser since the beginning of the school year, the Boosters will receive an additional 10% for books donated in the months of January and February. The book donation container is accessible any time, and will remain there indefinitely. Encyclopedias, magazines and damaged items cannot be accepted.
Clear off those shelves and help a good cause! The Wethersfield High School football team will benefit from your good deed, and you can help save unwanted books from the landfill.
