In accordance with the NPDES Phase II program implemented by the Connecticut DEP thru the use of a General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Storm Sewer Systems, issued January 9, 2004, the Wethersfield Public Works Department has prepared our Stormwater Management Plan dated June 2004.
In accordance with the General Permit conditions, this document must be made available to the general public for review.
I have filed full copies of the Plan with the office of the Town Manager, Town Clerk, Town Planner, Town Engineer, Central CT Health District and Wethersfield Public Library. I have also had the report made available on our Town web site [below].
